ST-X Series LED Light Bar - Installation & Wiring Guide

SIDE BRACKETS: Best described using the diagram below, the side brackets should be assembled in order of components: Plastic Washer > Bracket Arm > Washer > Spring Washer > Bolt.

SLIDING BRACKETS: The bracket can be mostly assembled prior to installation. Using the wider opening in the channel of the light bar, insert the bracket and slide to the desired position for mounting. Once the bracket is in position, tighten down the 2 bolts to secure the position in the channel.

The ST-X Series LED Light bars have additional features that are optional to the end-user. The Deutsch connector will power the main light so for those looking to keep the installation as simple as possible, only connect the Deutsch plug.

A. WHITE WIRE - White Backlight (12v Input): Connect to a suitable +ve 12v source to activate the white LED backlighting function. Connecting this wire is optional.

B. YELLOW WIRE - Amber Backlight (12v Input): Connect to a suitable +ve 12v source to activate the amber LED backlighting function. Connecting this wire is optional.

C. BLUE WIRE - E-Mark / Low Brightness (12v Input): Connecting this to a +ve 12v source will reduce the intensity of the light emitted to meet E-Mark compliance required in some European countries. If maximum performance potential is desired, do not connect this wire.

For customers looking to run the DRL keeping both the amber and white options available, running both wires through a switch to positive will allow you to control them individually. This can also be achieved via a 3-way switch.
