The installation process for the STEDI™ N80 Hilux GR Sport is very straightforward, requiring only basic tools, and is expected to take about two hours. Installation Process Overview

1. Preparation:
   • Unbox all components.
   • Confirm all parts correspond to the specific vehicle model.
   • Begin by loosening the bolts that hold the radiator support.
2. Lower Brace Installation:
   • The lower brace is fitted across the radiator support.
   • Temporarily secure the brace with nuts and washers before fully tightening.
3. Upright Arms Attachment:
   • The two upright arms are bolted vertically to the lower brace.
   • Ensure the correct orientation (five dots facing outward).
4. Camera Relocation:
   • Vehicles with front cameras require relocation of the camera.
   • The camera is removed from its housing and attached to the rally bar using a bracket.
   • The camera can be adjusted post-installation to maintain its factory sightline.
5. Extension Arms Setup:
   • The left and right extension arms are bolted to the upright arms.
   • The arms are aligned to ensure they poke through the vehicle's grill for proper fitment.
6. Top Brace and Final Adjustments:
   • The top brace is mounted between the rally bar upright and chassis.
   • Align all holes carefully, then fasten using the provided Allen head bolts.
7. Final Camera Setup:
   • Reconnect the camera cable and check to make sure the camera's fitment is correct.
8. Connecting Rally Bar Tube:
   • Take the Rally Bar Tube, and mount to arm components via supplied bolts.
   • Make any necessary adjustments to the camera’s orientation using the adjustment screws.
9. Installing Lights:
   • Once the rally bar is fully installed, lights can be bolted or fit via a Hex Clamp onto the arms as the final step.
