If your parcel packaging appears to be heavily damaged upon delivery, please do not accept delivery and ask the courier to return to the sender.
If your item is dead on arrival (D.O.A) you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement at your discretion. Once you have returned your item, we will email you the outcome of our inspection within 48-72 hours.
