We want our customers to shop with confidence, which is why we offer an exchange or refund in the event you change your mind. However, all returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests should be made by using our Contact Form, fill in the required fields as best as possible to help us with the process. The following change of mind time frames apply:
- In-store: 30 days from date of purchase
- Online (Australia/NewZealand): 30 days from date of delivery
- Online (International): 45 days from order placement.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
- The merchandise is unused, in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
- When your return is received and provided that all items are in new & unused condition with all tags, labels and original packaging, we will action your return request within 48 hours. Please note that the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and the cost of returning your item will be borne by you.
Please request an authority to return using our Contact Form. Please include your order reference number. Please note that we cannot accept any items returned without a return authorization (RMA#).
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery back to our STEDI's warehouse. So please take care when packaging the item.
POSTAGE COST OF RETURNED ITEMS
If your item is found to have a manufacturers fault, we will reimburse you any reasonable cost in returning the item. If your item was picked up from our warehouse, it is at the buyer's expense to return the item. If your item is returned for any reason other than an approved warranty the postage cost is borne by the purchaser.
Please note that if it is determined that your item has become defective as a result of misuse, STEDI reserves the right to request any postage expense it may have incurred prior to releasing the goods back to you.
Our warranty does not apply to any bonus or free items that may have been bundled with your item.

Items purchased via any of the above methods may be returned to STEDI Show Room (Hoppers Crossing) for a full refund or exchange.
- PayPal Purchases
Orders made via PayPal may be refunded to the credit or EFTPOS card of your choice. Please note that the cardholder name must be identical to the name on the order confirmation and a form of photo identification must be presented.
PayPal has your return shipping costs covered.
