STEDI Returns Policy

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE | 30 DAY RETURNS

We want our customers to shop with confidence, which is why we've gone above and beyond ACCC guidelines to offer an exchange or refund in the event you change your mind. However, all returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. 

• In-store: 30 days from date of purchase
• Online (Australia/NewZealand): 30 days from date of delivery
• Online (International): 45 days from order placement.
  

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM 30 DAY RETURNS.

The following items cannot be returned due to a change of mind. 

- Drinking Bottles 

- Car air fresheners 

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, merchandise returned for change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:

• The returned merchandise accompanies proof of purchase;
• The merchandise is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
• When your return is received and provided that all items are in new & unused condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging, in as new condition, we will action your return request within 48 hours. Please note that the postage on your item (if any) is not refundable, and you will bear the cost of returning your item.

RETURNING ITEMS

Please request an authority to return using our Return Request Form.

Please note that we cannot accept any items returned without a return authorization (RMA#).

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery back to our STEDI's warehouse. So please take care when packaging the item, and consider transit cover.
