How long is delivery?

AUSTRALIA POST EXPERIENCING DELAYS. 

Australia Post has been experiencing delays due to staffing restrictions at their VIC & NSW depots coupled with the massive increase in online retail. Australia Post has been seeing volumes equivalent to Christmas time during the middle of the year and as a result, have not been able to recover causing large delays with Regular and occasionally even Express Post.

We really appreciate your patience as we try to deal with this ever-changing landscape in online retail.

Currently, Star Tracks service remains reliable, with only minor delays within their parcel processing network.  Where possible, we recommend Star Track Premium or Australia Post Express.
