Do you offer express post?

We offer Express Post option through Australia Post, which can be selected during the check out process.  Express Post is a next business day delivery to 80% of Australia business, private, and Post Office boxes. The price is calculated at checkout based on your address.

If your address happens to be outside of the Express Post network, your item will parcel will still take a faster than standard route, but will not be covered under the Australia Post next business day guarantee.

IS THE COST OF EXPRESS POST REFUNDABLE, IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY?

Express Post is a value-added service we offer our customers. Deliveries delays are beyond our control and therefore there is no entitlement to a postage refund due to Express Post delivery failure. 

HOW DO I SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Once you have all of the items in your cart click the view cart button that will pop up after an item has been added to the cart or alternatively click the trolley icon at the top right-hand corner of the page.

To select express shipping, when filling out your cart details and shipping information select express for shipping which calculates the price for express and update the total cost in the cart.

Once your order has been processed you will receive your express tracking number via email from Australia Post.
