NP300 Piggyback Adapter Fitment Instructions

Follow the instructions below for a successful high beam piggyback installation.

Step 1 – Make sure the ignition is off and the key is removed from the barrel and Lift bonnet.

Step 2 – Locate the main harness plug at the bottom of the passenger (AUS) headlight. This will be quite low and attached horizontally on to the bottom of the rear housing. We use this headlight as it is closest to the battery. The plug is a large 8 pin black plug the same as the adapter you have received.

Step 3 – Depress the thumb clip which is situated on the bottom half of the plug and firmly pull rearward. Do not pull the plug via the wires. This may pull the wires out of the plug.

Step 4 – Once the plug has been separated into it's male and female halves, firmly click the adapter into its respective positions. Make sure you hear an audible ‘click’. This will confirm that the plug is firmly seated.
