Check your order status in My Orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number and link. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there! Click the tracking URL which will take you to the current status and location of you parcel with an estimated delivery time.
If you did not receive a tracking number from Australia Post please call us by phone on (03) 9369 8845 or via our Contact Form and we will retrieve your tracking number for you.
